There are many people in our community who are experiencing difficult times, are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  Hunter Homeless Connect is committed to providing links to essential services, facilities and advice to those people. We are unable to provide accommodation or housing services.

If you need support Link2Home provides information, conducts assessments, as well as makes referrals to homelessness services across NSW. Link2Home is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. Phone 1800 152 152.
